According to me one must be knowing the ways to work smartly because in such era when every field of work requires vast problem solving potential ,a person must be able to perform tasks with smartness.
Generally, the organisations that provide placements, they judge the smartness before looking at the degrees gained by the employee .
But later comes the role and need of hard work .
Because in order to build an image in the eyes of the employer and other employees one needs to perform his / her work with perfection. And perfection comes only from hard work.
LET'S TALK SOMETHING ABOUT THE STUDENTS' LIFE::
Students life calls of hard work rather smartness.
A student needs to be hardworking regarding his studies more than he needs to be smart. Because one can't gain quality with quantity education without hard work.
